Tiramisu (version 2)

Tiramisu is an Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers (Italian: Savoiardi) dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of egg yolks and mascarpone cheese, and flavoured with cocoa. The recipe has been adapted into many varieties of puddings, cakes and other desserts.

Ingredients

20-24 ladyfingers (biscuit)
500 grams of mascarpone
500 milliliters of hot water
2-3 tablespoons of instant coffee (or coffee powder)
100 grams of sugar
150 milliliters of amaretto liqueur
3 eggs
1/3-1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of icing sugar (or powdered sugar)
100 milliliters of whipped cream
2-3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
melissa leaves, optional
