Ingredients

1 chicken breast
1/2-1 red onion (or purple onion)
1-2 garlic cloves
2 centimeters of ginger
1-1,5 tablespoon of red Thai curry paste
500-700 milliliters of chicken broth
1 stalk of lemon grass
2-3 scallions (or green onions)
100-150 grams of baby corncob
3 tablespoons of fish sauce
2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce
3-4 kaffir lime leaves
30-40 grams of palm sugar
300-400 milliliters of coconut milk
2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 lime, optional
coriander leaves (or cilantro), at will
