Ingredients

250-300 grams of prawn
1-2 tomatoes
2-3 chayotes (substitute: kohlrabis)
1 onion or red onion (or purple onion)
3 garlic cloves
3 red chili peppers
4-6 candlenuts (substitute: almonds)
5-8 grams of shrimp paste
20-30 grams of palm sugar
250 milliliters of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder or curry powder
2 centimeters of galangal
2 lemon grasses
curry leaves, at will
2-3 teaspoons of salt
