Sambal goreng ati is traditional Indonesian food, it's made from chicken liver, cook together with dice potatoes and seasoning with spices, especially chilli.

Ingredients

200-250 grams of chicken liver
200-250 grams of prawn or shrimp
100 grams of stinky bean
300 grams of potato
1 onion or red onion (or purple onion)
4 garlic cloves
2 centimeters of ginger
chili peppers, at will
1-2 tomatoes
2 centimeters of galangal
2 Indonesian bay leaves (daun salam) (substitute: bay leaves)
250 milliliters of coconut milk
1-2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
cooking oil, for deep-frying
