Flädlesuppe/Frittatensuppe

The Flädle are made as plain crepe-style pancakes, then tightly rolled up and sliced into coils, and then usually served in a clear soup or beef broth as Flädlessuppe. Flädle is a southern German dish, made from salty pancakes. In Austria Flädle are called Frittaten.

1 carrot
1 parsley root
1 piece of celery root (or celeriac or knob celery)

250 milliliters of milk
2 eggs
50 grams of butter
1 onion
