Bubur kacang hijau

Bubur kacang hijau is an Indonesian and Malaysian dessert made from mung beans with coconut milk and palm sugar or cane sugar. The beans are boiled till soft, and sugar and coconut milk are added.

500 grams of mung bean
3 pandan leaves
2-3 tablespoons of tapioca pearl
30-50 grams of palm sugar
2-3 tablespoons of sugar
