This is a hearty soup with leek, potato and fish chunks. Add some dry white wine at the end for extra flavor.

Ingredients

800 grams of fish fillet
1 stalk of leek
2 onions
3 tablespoons of butter
200 milliliters of cider (or apple wine)
500 milliliters of fish stock
250 grams of potato
1-2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2-3 tablespoons of corn flour or flour
200 milliliters of milk
200 milliliters of fresh cream (crème fraîche)
2 bay leaves
1-2 teaspoons of salt
1/2-1 teaspoon of pepper powder
