300-400 grams of fish fillet
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
500-700 milliliters of fish stock
4-6 tomatoes
1/2 lemon
1-2 teaspoons of paprika (or ground bell pepper)

1 tablespoon of chopped parsley or frozen chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of olive oil
