Beef broth is an flavored stock, in which beef bones and/or beef meat have been simmered. Broth is used as a basis for other edible liquids such as soup, gravy or sauce.

500 grams of beef bone
2-3 onions
3 garlic cloves
3-4 carrots
1-2 yellow carrots
1-2 parsley roots
50 grams of celery root (or celeriac or knob celery)
1-2 stalks of parsley
1 bunch of chives
1/2-1 stalk of leek
2-3 sprigs of thyme
1/2-1 teaspoon of dried juniper berry
1/2-1 teaspoon of peppercorn
1/2-1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
1/2-1 teaspoon of pepper powder
3-4 liters of water
1 tablespoon of salt
