Bakso ikan

Bakso or baso ikan is Indonesian fish ball, made from fish. Bakso are usually served in a bowl of beef broth, with yellow noodles, bihun (rice vermicelli), Chinese green cabbage, bean sprout, sprinkled with fried shallots and celery.
