Ingredients

200-300 grams of silken tofu
1 piece of Daikon radish
30-50 grams of corn flour (substitute: flour)
1 tablespoon of instant dashi
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2-3 centimeters of ginger
2 tablespoons of mirin ( a kind of rice wine, but with a lower alcohol content and higher sugar content)
200 milliliters of water
cooking oil, for deep-frying
